What kind of Web & App Development does RED teach?
For five straight years, JavaScript has ranked #1 as the most commonly used programming language in the annual Stack Overflow Developer Survey. Today, it can be used for everything from adding basic interactivity to websites, to building cross-platform native mobile applications, to programming robots. While coined ten years ago, Atwood’s Law has never held truer now than it does today: “any application that can be written in JavaScript, will eventually be written in JavaScript.”
This is why RED Academy has centred its developer program curricula specifically around JavaScript—we know first-hand that with a firm grasp of this language, our graduates will be well-suited to launch a career in tech today that will sustain them well into the future.
Aside from all the support provided by the instructors and all the staff at RED, I think the fact that curriculum here is structured around community projects which allow us to work directly with clients is a major advantage.
