VR And AR

We’ve talked about how VR and AR have become more tangible thanks to the introduction of Google headsets and Oculus Rift. However, this is merely scratching the surface of where this technology will take us, and we predict 2017 will not disappoint. Expect more virtual and artificial reality devices and applications to be readily available, and as a result, marketers and brands will be incorporating this revolutionary platform to engage with their target audiences.

From robots to self-driving cars, artificial intelligence (AI) has already permeated our daily life in 2016. However, this year it will only continue, even replacing jobs that were once held by “humans”, like cashiers, telemarketers, and retail salespeople.

Who needs a personal assistant when your trusty phone app can schedule, text, and phone your contacts at a mere voice command? So while this may not exist just yet, we think this year we’ll see more intelligent apps designed to make your life a little easier and more efficient.

Halfway to work and forgot to turn on the dishwasher? Late night at school and need to preheat the oven? No problem, a simple tap on your phone and your appliances are instantly in action. As the year progresses, we predict we’ll see more connectivity in the every day.
